The Social Services operate both regulatory and operational activities within home care, special housing, health and medical care, functional support, and support and treatment. To support the broad mission of the operations, there is a team with three functions: digitization and administration, quality and development, and finance.

The team serves as a common support for the public, operations, committees, and management. It ensures that the administration complies with applicable laws, regulations, and directives, and is responsible for implementing the decisions of the social committee. The work is characterized by collaboration, problem-solving, and close cooperation between several competencies. Several employees work together on various assignments regardless of functional affiliation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an object specialist, you support the operation's use of various systems and ensure they function effectively in daily work. You work closely with the operations and are mainly responsible for support, training, access control, and ensuring that the system develops in line with needs and legal requirements.

You will be an important part of our team, contributing practical problem-solving, system knowledge, and a structured approach. The role ensures that GDPR and information security requirements are met through proper configuration, working methods, and routines. You monitor new features, legal requirements, and improvement opportunities and enjoy translating theory into practice.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have post-secondary education in IT, systems science, business development, project management, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Good technical understanding of how operational systems work in practice, including how different systems and integrations interact, how operational models affect daily life, and what technical dependencies may arise during changes. This understanding helps you provide qualified system support, troubleshoot effectively, and contribute to management and implementations in a structured manner.
• Training or experience in project management where you have worked with planning, execution, and follow-up of assignments in close collaboration with operations, IT, and suppliers. This is valuable as the role often involves smaller implementations, testing new features, and supporting the operations in introducing improved working methods.
